    I like the unexpected “twist” of the lines of the song. “It’s my lie; let me live it” could become a one liner response to fit a lot of situations and it’s a great comeback line. We all have our “lies”!

    I have had several of my friends listen to the song It’s my Lie today and we all agree it’s a great song with a catchy phrase. We’ve been having a great time with it all day.

    I’m still laughing! What a great song…both lyrics and music. I’m referring to Chris Hanners’ IT’S MY LIE (LET ME LIVE IT). Definitely the best song of these eight. Fantastic job!

    My second favorite is WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEONE THAT MUCH by Richie Fields and a close third (because of the music, not the lyrics) is HO DOWN by Brady Seals.

    Sorry George and John. I love your music, but these songs have you beat this time around, especially IT’S MY LIE. Clever, good lyrics and great melody.

    Have gotten feedback all evening to Chris Hanners song, It’s My Lie from friends, everyone seems to enjoy it and feels that it’s a very catchy song. Hope the radio stations start playing the heck out of it soon.

    I love good country music and that’s why I love “It’s my lie”. I’ve never heard of the artist before now, but with that song, he’s sure to go to the top, maybe even new artist at the CMA’s.
    Looking forward to hearing it on the radio while driving my 4th mercede’s Ha Ha It’s my lie.

    OMG When i heard “Its my lie” i said to myself i know someone just like that. i think we all do . Chris did a really good job, you could understand each and every word of the song.After the song is over you can’t help but sing it over in your head.This song should be on top.

    Chris Hanners is one of the very best new artists in Country Music in 2009. He has a clear velvet type voice that commands his lyrics, his own style of singing and thrusts his emotions into his tunes. I predict he will go far in country music. He sings REAL country, which is being called for these days and I think he is on the road to great success.
